The idea of HPM

Did this ever happen to you? Someone put a chunk of meat or something big into freezing room of fridge then leave it there for months, don’t you wonder how much more energy would cost for that?

Or everything looks just fine but your energy bill have a much bigger number, don’t you want to find out the reason?

Checking the power meter would not help, shouldn’t there be an easy way to check home power data?

That’s how the idea of checking the power data on a phone emerged.

Worked on it for a long time to make it happen, finally, it’s done.

Now you can use your smartphone, via an app installed on it, connect to an HPM device installed in your home’s electric box, then, voila, you can see the real-time and historic energy waves of your home.

What HPM consist of?

HPM consist of a power detector and an App at phone side, the power detector should be installed in your home’s electric box, behind the main breaker, the App installed in your phone would connect and talk to it through BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and WiFi.
